How do I find my product?

For the quickest way, you may want to type in a key word in Quick Search or Search by Brand. You may also search different malls and categories to find the product of your choice.

How accurate are the product colors?

We have made every effort to represent the product colors as accurately as possible. The actual colors displayed depend on your monitors and are beyond our control. If you are not satisfied with the color, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase. The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items. We are not liable for return shipping and handling.

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order with eBeautyMall.com, you will receive an email with your order number. Type in your order number in the "order status" menu or email us at: customerservice@ebeautymall.com

How will the order be shipped?

Your transaction will be processed within 1-2 business days, and we will send an email confirmation as soon as we receive your order. Items purchased before 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed that day. Items purchased after 1:00 p.m.(Eastern Standard Time) will be processed the following day. Items purchased on Fridays or Saturdays will be processed on Monday. All orders will be shipped UPS Ground (3-7 working days). Back orders will not shipped separately. Products will be shipped upon availability.

All orders are shipped via Fedex Ground or UPS Ground. Express services are available with additional charge.

Please note that we DO NOT ship to following locations:
• HI , AK and International
• PO Boxes/Military APO/FPO

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
We accept VISA, MASTER CARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS.

We now accept PAYPAL but we will only ship to confirmed address listed with your paypal account.

What is your return policy?

You may return any defective or damaged item for a full refund within 30 days. All other items, returned within 30 days will incur a 15% restocking fee, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns on wet goods. Only items purchased from Ebeautymall.com can be returned and credited. No item will be credited without a valid RMA number. To get an RMA number, send an email to customerservice@ebeautymall.com. Beauty Auction sales are final and sold "As Is."
